Mindful eating workshop - October 23, 2021
Our stressed, saturated and multitasking lives disturb our sleep, our bodies, our relationships with others and, of course, our way of eating, an activity that often becomes unthinkable, but remains essential to life, health, happiness. and well-being.
This workshop offers a break, a series of exercises to reconnect with our body, our senses and their signals, and more importantly and magic of our daily life: Eat well.
The workshop will take place at Appart BEM on Saturday 23 October at 10 a.m. accompanied by breakfast and will be guided by Fabian Gutierrez.
