Are payments secure?
Transaction security is provided by Paypal, the world leader in online payments, which allows you to securely purchase through secure connections (https). Payment is secure, your bank details are encrypted using the SSL protocol.
We therefore have no access to your bank details that are not stored on our site.
What are the means of payment available?
You can pay by credit card, Visa, Mastercard or American Express. You can register one or more card numbers to be able to reuse them at a future purchase simply by entering your cryptogram.
Comptoir des Cotonniers also offers you to pay with Paypal, a secure method of payment, which allows you to make payments online without having to enter your credit card number. An email address and your Paypal password are enough.
What are the delivery methods?
The shipping method is Colissimo standard followed, delivered without signature or delivery in Point Relais. Warning ! The relay point option is not available for all postal codes.
What are the delivery times ?
Your weekend orders are processed on Monday.
For France, delivery Colissimo is made, after preparation, within a period of 3 5 working days (Monday to Saturday excluding holidays).
You will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order with a tracking number. Our parcels are delivered against signature.
You have a period of 15 days to return your item, from the date of receipt of the package. Return conditions remain unchanged during commercial operations.

The item must be returned to us only at the address indicated below. Returned items must be unworn, unretouched, unwashed, returned in their original undamaged packaging and bearing their original labels. Products that are returned, including incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled will not be returned.

It takes us approximately 15 business days to process your refund request. The refund will go to the account of the card you paid with or a check will be sent to your address. You will receive a confirmation email once the amount is credited back to your card or with confirmation that the check has been sent.
We recommend that you keep your proof of posting.
How to track the status of my order?
Once your order has been placed, a first message will confirm the contents of your order. A second message will inform you of the validation of your payment. Finally, a last message will be sent to you after your order has been shipped, with a La Poste link, in order to track your delivery.
How do I use my e-gift card?
On the payment page, you can enter the code on your e-card (s) gift. The code of each e-gift card are sent by e-mail at the time of the creation of the e-gift card.
If your order exceeds the value of the e-card, you will have to pay the difference by a payment method of your choice. The e-card can be used several times until reaching its total amount, within a period of one year from the date of the e-card issue email.
